I've never been part of the Kate Upton is fat crowd -- we should all be so "fat" -- but it is true that compared to most fashion models, Kate is an elephant. Okay, maybe not an elephant. More like a healthily voluptuous woman. Looking at Kate in all her jiggle and wiggle is certainly better than "feasting" your eyes on the teen skeletons in heels that most fashion designers prefer. But the tides are changing. Kate just bagged her first Vogue magazine cover, for Vogue Italia. (Will Anna Wintour ever put her on the American cover? Hmm??) Between Kate and Kim Kardashian and Christina Aguilera, I'd say there's a new resurgence of the curvier body type like Marilyn Monroe that used to be fashionable. Kate also did a photo shoot for V magazine, and her look is inspired by another voluptuous blonde icon of years past. I won't give away who she is until after the jump ...![]()
