I wear makeup. Not a lot, but I wear it just about every day I face the world. I put on a little powder and usually a lot of mascara. I love the cat eye liquid eyeliner look and a hint of lip gloss. Sometimes I even wear a bright lip color. I feel better with it on -- cuter, more put together, alive. With even just a hint of makeup, I feel like I look less tired. In a typical week, I could go a day or two without showering, but not without putting on a little makeup. I think we become so used to seeing what we look like with makeup on that when it's not on, it's slightly terrifying. So I challenged myself to go without makeup for a week and actually leave the house.
