Memorial Day weekend. It's the official kick-off to summer. Barbecues. Aviators. Festive drinks you found on Pinterest. Prepare to see all these things in the upcoming days. But also, prepare to see sales. Big sales. Sales you don't want to miss.
No, MDW typically isn't associated with whiling away the hours in an overly-air conditioned mall, quelling your hunger with a Wetzel's Pretzel. But if you have an hour or so to spare, you may want to hit up a few of these stores -- they're slashing prices "everything must go"-style. And hey, you may just find the perfect dress and sandals for your barbecue.

1. Macy's. Question: Have you ever walked into a Macy's and not seen something on sale? Of course they're having a crazy sale! You can head to the closest Macy's near you to peruse the endless racks of sale items, or you can shop online with a Macy's coupon and get 15% off your purchase.
2. Aeropostale. Confession: The last time I set foot into an Aeropostale, I was drinking a Slurpee and had braces, but it might be worth popping into this weekend. Their t-shirts and henleys are starting at $6.
3. Bon-Ton. If you happen to live near a Bon-Ton, go. They're selling select women's "spring outerwear" for up to 75% off (75% off!).
4.Banana Republic. Some BRs are offering 40% off of shorts and flip-flops. Worth a look-see.
5. Famous Footwear. Order online this weekend, and you'll get a whopping 20% off of your entire purchase.
6. Hot Topic. No need to solely be into skulls and leather chokers to shop at Hot Topic. They've got other stuff, too. And they're offering BOGO on all denim.

8. Eddie Bauer. Apparently, everything is on sale at Eddie Bauer. And free shipping for orders over $49.
9. Sears. Sears is having all sorts of sales, but one worth noting is 50% off of swimwear for the whole fam.
10. Bebe. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but Bebe is having a Memorial Day sale, where some of their tops are starting at $25.
