Did Lady Gaga, staunch supporter of accepting yourself the way you were born, change the way she was born? Tongues are wagging that the pop diva got a nose job. Lady Gaga recently appeared with what looks like a slimmer, somewhat more refined nose. Yet the singer has always been against plastic surgery, once telling Harper's Bazaar:
I have never had plastic surgery, and there are many pop singers who have. I think promoting insecurity in the form of plastic surgery is infinitely more harmful than an artistic expression related to body modification. And how many models and actresses do you see on magazine covers who have brand-new faces and have had plastic surgery, while I myself have never had any plastic surgery?
Could Gaga end up gagging on her own anti-plastic surgery words if she had to admit she got it herself? You be the judge.
I'd say these new pics do like she had something done -- maybe not a lot, but something. On the other hand, they could have just been taken from a particular angle with particular lighting that made her nose appear slimmer. What do you think? Here's a pic of her possible "new nose":
I think she has the right to trim her nose if she wants to -- but she should admit it, given all she had said about plastic surgery in the past. It's okay to say, "You know, I changed my mind." Just don't be a hypocrite about it.
Gaga's fans are so insanely loyal, I'm sure they wouldn't care either way. And it's not like she got her whole face done, or put in double D boobs, it's just a little thinning on the nose. IF it happened.
But I've always admired Gaga for keeping her original nose. It's not big -- it's just right for her face. It's just normal. We're so accustomed to seeing ridiculously tiny scapeled noses that any nose that deviates from that can look strange. But her nose is not strange. It is (was?) a nice nose.
I hope she didn't get a nose job.
Have you ever had plastic surgery? Do you think she did?
