Remember that time that Miley Cyrus chopped her long, flowing "hair" off in favor of a bleach blonde pixie 'do? You do? Okay, now do you remember thinking, upon first seeing said 'do, that it was only a matter of time before Miley got sick of having super short hair? What, you're so busy that you don't have time to think about the psychological toll Miley Cyrus' haircut would take on her? Well, I'm not. And looks like I was right. Miley Cyrus is sick of her short hair.
The "We Can't Stop" singer told Kelly Osbourne during an E! Fashion Police episode: "I'm secretly tugging on it every night and taking Viviscal [a hair growth supplement]. I'm not going to lie. But I'm going to rock it while I have it."
If Miley, who proclaimed we'd never see her with long hair again, is sick of her short hair now, my guess is it will only be a matter of time before she hits up a salon and gets a weave put in. If there's one thing celebrities don't know the meaning of, it's patience. All they have to do is think the word "thirsty" and a glass of water is placed into their hands. There's no way Miley's waiting for her hair to grow out. I've taken Viviscal myself, and it definitely works -- but not like four hours in a stylist's chair works. Miley's still going to have to wait a long time for her hair to grow out. And when it does, she'll have the dreaded "awkward phase" to deal with. Not happening, guys.
If I'm wrong and Miley does grow her hair out the old-fashioned way -- through her actual hair follicles -- I'll be impressed. And if I'm not, I'll be able to rest easy knowing that I've been able to get into the mind of yet another celebrity.
That AP Physics course is finally coming in handy, Mr. Gentry. Hat tip.
Do you think Miley Cyrus will get hair extensions?
