I consider fall fashion to be my consolation prize for summer ending, and nothing gets me quite as excited about cooler days than the thought of new fall booties! Booties are so great -- they can be worn with almost anything, from dresses to jeans to slouchy pants, and they're not as much of a commitment as tall boots are.
