Angelina Jolie's every move -- at least the ones we see -- is scrutinized, so it comes as no surprise that already people have noticed that the famous mama/actress/director is sporting new ink! In Australia to begin filming her latest movie and directorial project, Unbroken, Angie's been spied with her whole brood of six kiddos several times since late last week. But this morning, she was photographed strolling solo by the waterfront in Sydney this morning "quietly debuting" her hugenew tattoo, according to Us. (Because, yes, I'm sure it was a completely orchestrated effort to premiere it to paparazzi. Ha ha.)
The new body art runs down the lower part of her right forearm and appears to be a long strip of Arabic writing. Innnteresting!

Us notes that the location of the tattoo is directly beneath a smaller, horizontal one she's had for some time that reads "determination" in Arabic script. So there's speculation that this latest one is in the spirit of and was possibly applied following Angie's preventative double mastectomy earlier this year.
This tattoo reportedly brings her grand total to 17 in all. Whoa. She also sports a Tennessee Williams quote in memory of her late mother, Marcheline Bertand, and the geographical coordinates of her children's birthplaces. Lovely! Knowing that, there's no doubt her new ink has special significance. But I'm guessing we won't know exactly what it signifies until the star tells us herself.
