Stop what you're doing immediately. Kate Middleton wore a black coat for a Remembrance Sunday event in London yesterday, proving once again that it really doesn't matter what her choice of attire is -- she's simply stunning in anything.
The fitted coat is understated yet so upscale and classy. Paired with her James Lock & Co. beret and adorable red poppy pin, she looks every bit the Duchess that she is.
And you gotta love the hair.
Instead of her traditional blow-out, it appears as though she dug out the hot rollers or ran a curling iron through her long locks. And her hair is just as shiny and voluminous as ever -- not that we should really be all that surprised.
But something about Kate does look a little bit different to me. It looks like she went for a smokier look with her eye makeup, which is a switch from the neutral shades she's usually seen in. I'm digging it though. It gives her a bit of a more formal vibe to go along with the outfit.
And another thing I noticed right away about her eyes? She doesn't have bags under them, which means Prince George must be settling into a good routine, allowing her to get enough z's. (Lucky!)
Sigh. If only we could all make news simply by stepping out in a chic coat and looking fresh and gorgeous.
