Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry has never been shy about her love of body art, always filling her followers in on the tattoos she was coveting and the ones she ended up getting. For instance, one of her most notable tats is a nature-themed piece that goes from her neck down to her lower back. Featuring everything from flowers to waterfalls to mountains and trees, Kailyn has affectionately referred to it as a "paradise” scene.
But judging from a recent tweet, it seems like even this stunning piece is, well, a work in progress ...

Proud to say Jesse is my tattoo artist. Can't wait until he fixes my back! @sickinkstudiospic.twitter.com/WmoSrWQ2hR

Hrmm, you have to wonder what needs to be fixed! It looks rather complete and beautiful already, no? Then again, this is art, right? Although it is permanent, that doesn't mean it has to be stagnant. Lots of people with tattoos consider their ink to be changeable, and it can take months or longer to finish a piece, depending on how intricate and involved it is.
Really, the most important thing is that you're working with a tattoo artist who you trust and who will be willing to listen to what you want -- even if you end up changing your mind down the road. It sounds like Kailyn has that in her artist Jesse at Sick Ink Studios in Whitehall, PA. Can't wait to see how her back "fix" turns out!
Have you ever had a tattoo fixed or changed? What do you think Kailyn is having done to her back ink?
