The no makeup trend is sweeping Hollywood! Hurrah! Cameron Diaz, Heidi Klum, Rihanna, Demi Lovato, and Jessica Alba have all recently showed off some makeup free looks that makes us common folk feel we have so much in common with the fancy people! Also, gorgeous with mascara on or not. Yes, you. And you. And you, too. I think we all just get used to seeing our faces with all the stuff on it that our eyes get warped and seeing ourselves without it seems a little scary. I'm speaking for myself here.
Thankfully Jessica Simpson just joined the makeup free crowd and showed off her beauty ... with just a tiny bit of help.

So she used the black and white filter. No biggie. She still looks gorgeous and proof you can drum up the confidence to go out and about (on a date night no less!) without a dab of color on your lips and without a smudge of eyeliner on your eyes. It's kind of all about her hair here anyway isn't it? Those perfect beachy waves -- makes me feel all warm inside despite the fact I'm looking out my window at mounds of snow.
