A wedding is supposed to be magical no matter where it is and no matter if you spent $10 or $100,000 on it. Wow, all those zeros seem crazy, but whatever you need or want or can do to make the magic happen, then go for it. And that's sort of what Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco and her tennis pro man Ryan Sweeting did. (Sweeting! That's almost the best name ever.) These two went for it! Big time! On New Year's Eve!
So as you can imagine, the magic was alive and so were the hills with music. And the bride wore ... pink! A gorgeous, ethereal, romantic, and adorable pink Vera Wang gown. But there is so much more to dish when it comes to this wedding. The details ... are well, magical. And AMAZING!
I would imagine when Kaley and Ryan were doing the wedding planning, they said Let's just make this the most exciting New Year's Eve party ever. She said, My dress will be pink! He said, Let's make the cake be upside down! She said, Let's have guests arrive on a pink rug! He said, Let's get fire jugglers! They both said, YES!
This is all true. These details. Pink dress. Upside down cake that got all over Kaley's face during the cake cutting (oh my! What a trooper!). And there were even fire jugglers and a pink rug on what Sweeting said was the "best night in history." Awww. He sure is sweet. He also said the night was "magical" and that his cheeks were hurting from smiling so hard. That's how you know it was a great night. Haven't had a night like that in a while? Well, you don't need a lavish wedding to make that happen -- just make it happen! I love how they just went for it! All the details were unique and perfect for them.
The big event, which took place at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch in SoCal, had Bachelorette alum Ali Fedotowsky and Kaley's fellow Big Bang Theory's Johnny Galecki star in attendance. He's also her ex. Wow! See? That's kind of magical in itself.
Kaley said of Sweeting: "From day one, I just knew immediately, and it's been magic. I kind of feel like I've known him my whole life." Wow again! The couple were only dating three months when he popped the question. When you know, you know.
I guess this is what you call love love. See what I did there? Tennis, anyone?
What do you think of Kaley and Ryan's wedding details? Did you (or do you want to) have anything a bit out of the norm for your wedding?
