Blake Lively is in New York City this week for the Mercedes-Benz NYC Fashion Week, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have time to get out and about in the city. The 26-year-old actress was spotted Wednesday in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood looking saucy in shorts.
Yes, I said shorts. In New York City. Where the high was 24 degrees. Wowza, woman! Maybe she was counting on looking hot enough to stave off the cold? Because those black leather shorty-shorts were definitely smokin’.
The CW star wasn’t completely without cover from the cold though -- she also donned a super cute plaid sweater, a long black coat, black knee-highs, and sheer black tights. She finished the look with oxford shoes with neatly tied bows, and a chunky eagle necklace.

The most amazing part of her outfit is that she managed to do it without looking like a tramp! That is quite a feat, people, and one that I recommend she put on her resume.
