Oh man, do I have winter cabin fever! All I want to do is wear shorts and flip-flops and paint my toenails bright pink ... but alas, here on the East Coast, we're going to be stuck with our winter coats for a while. Sigh. Well, while it's too soon to start sandal-shopping, it's the perfect time to treat ourselves to bright new spring bags that we can start using right away. A new, affordable bag is a fun purchase that will cheer us AND our winter coats up!
