If the Missoni for Target mayhem turned you off all designer collaborations with the low-price retailer, I implore you to reconsider. This Sunday marks the launch of Jason Wu for Target, and by all counts, the collection looks fantastic. Michelle Obama is a huge fan of Wu's brand and it's easy to see why -- his clothes are some of the most transitional designs I've seen in a long time, perfect for the working woman or the on-the-go mom. And lucky for us, his assortment for Target includes this signature style.
From pleated shift dresses to long cardigans to vintage-inspired bags, Jason Wu for Target is going to make a lot forget about those crazy-patterned Missoni pillows and focus on his high-fashion at low prices.
Don't believe me? See for yourself. Here are 5 looks from his line that will make your run to Target on Super Bowl Sunday a little more interesting.
What I like most about this dress is that it's seasonless. Wear in the summer with cute sandals or in the winter with tights and boots; it'll always look chic.
A sophisticated and timeless look for around $65? Yes, please. The skirt is so versatile, too. Pair with a sexy tee and it's a whole new look.
Very, very cute. Funk it up with a wild belt or keep it streamlined with this black one -- either way, this dress will look fab.
I love that this look pairs black and white strips with a solid navy. It really, really works. Also, I must have those shorts.
There are a lot of bag options in his line for Target, but this is my fave. Whimsical and functional -- can't beat it.
The entire collection goes on sale Sunday the 5th, so ... see you there?
What do you think of Jason Wu for Target? Cute? Overpriced? Can't wait to buy?
