If you're wondering what's going to be hot in makeup trends this fall, we have the answer.

While most women gravitate toward natural hues such as grays and browns, prepare to add a pop of color to your usual eye shadow palette this fall, says Mary Lord, director at Mary Kay, the official beauty sponsor of Project Runway Season 13.

1. The Eye Have It. Expect to see eye-catching eye shadow shades this season. Bold and beautiful shimmery jewel tones, especially sapphires and emeralds, will be all the rage for autumn.

2. Line 'Em Up. Full brows and dramatic liners complete the stunning look.

Wondering how to get those sophisticated eyes yourself? Start with a pencil eyeliner, which is great for a soft or smudged line, and can also serve as a guide. Then, apply gel or liquid eyeliner over that line for a bolder look.

You can take your look from day to evening and from sweet to sultry by applying eyeliner to create the "cat eye" or "winged eye" look over your daytime eye color. Angle the wing up toward your brow and prepare to dazzle.

3. Lip Service. Rich berry tones and deeper, playful pinks will perk up your pout and complement those brash eyes. Dark blackberry and wine-stained lips dominated Fall 2014 runway shows.

Speaking of runways, Lord says these looks are absolutely on trend with what's hot in fall fashions. So, why not step outside your comfort zone and spice things up with a splash of color this autumn?

Will you embrace bolder colors this fall?
