A few weeks ago, I told you that both Macy's and Target will be opening at MIDNIGHT on Black Friday.
This was great news for night owls like me. I would much rather stay up late for great deals than get up at 3 a.m. and be first in line for a 4 a.m. Black Friday opening. I tried that once and have two words for the experience: NEVER AGAIN.
Not to be outdone, many other retailers now have followed suit and are planning to open their doors at midnight -- or even earlier!

Toys R Us will be opening their doors at 9 p.m. on Thanksgiving night. Walmart will be open 24 hours on Thanksgiving, but will begin offering Black Friday deals at 10 p.m. on Thanksgiving night. Best Buy will open at midnight. At 120 Best Buy stores at 9 p.m. on Thursday night, Best Buy will show Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2 on a big screen outside! Kohl's will open at midnight. Abercrombie & Fitch will be opening at midnight, complete with thousands of "hot guys" hired by the chain to greet customers. Not to be outdone, Hollister will open at midnight with the "hottest lifeguards" at each store to lure in customers. Ace Hardware will open at midnight. Banana Republic will open at midnight. Express will open at midnight. Many GameStops will open at midnight. Michaels will open from 4 p.m.-10 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Old Navy will open at 9 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day and at midnight on Black Friday.Got more stores for the list? Add them in the comments!
