For some moms, there's no place more humbling than the fitting room. You know what I'm talking about -- the mirrors either make you look short and stubby or like a pasty giraffe, and the glaring lights akin to those used in police interrogations wash you out while spotlighting every flaw. Don't get me started!
But still, a mom's got to shop every once in a while, right? Sometimes to get through the whole experience, I tell myself a few white lies. What's the harm? A gal's got to do what a gal's got to do!
