Kristen Stewart always seems a bit awkward all dressed up, but when it comes to street-wear, she's right at home. It's obvious the Twilight star isn't as comfortable on the red carpet as she is on the sidewalk. Kristen attended the Met Ball Monday night and wore a questionable Balenciaga color-blocked dress with white heels, but hours before the event, she looked happy and comfortable in high-waisted jeans, black boots, a tied-up peach tee, and a classic, black leather bomber.
KStew's sense of style really gets a platform when she's not trying or, on the other hand, listening to stylists who dress her in those less-than-awesome event dresses. Kristen's red-carpet always been on the edgier side of things -- she falls somewhere along the parallel that runs through goth, hipster, angst teen, fashionista, and not giving a fuck.

But when she's just out and about, running errands, presumably left to her own devices, Kristen is one stylish lady. There's nothing about this outfit that's wrong. Well, that's not true. It looks a little warm for May -- it wasn't THAT cold here on Monday -- but whatever. Maybe she doesn't have the sweating problem that I do. Lucky her.
She wore the same leather jacket when she was going casual during Paris Fashion Week last month, and paired it with a similar jean and tee combo. Katy Perry's also a fan of the quilted bomber; she's got the same one.
A great bomber jacket is the gift that keeps on giving. I don't have one (yet!) because I've been holding out for one that just blows me away. I want it to be worth the investment, you know? Something that I can wear for years. If only I had some Twilight money in the bank, I could just as cool as KStew and KPer. Sigh. The search continues.
