Her outfits are nothing short of over-the-top these days, and the 4th of July was no exception for Miley Cyrus, who tweeted a pic of herself wearing a denim get-up complete with gold fringe, blue sequins, a patriotic tiara, and bright red lipstick. (God bless the U.S.A. y'all.) Doesn't she remind you of something straight out of her dad's hit single, "Achy-Breaky Heart"? Because that's the first thing that came to mind when I saw this photo.
