Lea Michele's Shocking Wardrobe Malfunction Had to Happen (PHOTO)

Start a story with "so I was wearing this pink satin bustier" and you pretty much know how it's going to end: With an "oopsie!" So it's no surprise that while filming a video for her single "On My Way" in a pink satin bustier, Lea Michele suffered a nip slip. (Ahem, look what else was on its way.) The triple-threat from Glee pranced about saucily, giving everyone on the set a free show for quite some time apparently before she was informed of her bustier's wayward ways and pulled her girls back in. Well, it was just one side, really. Does that make it any better? I guess you'd have to see how bad it was to decide.

Could no one have stopped the Hair musical reenactment to inform Lea of her fugitive nipple? Or was the atmosphere just so free and easy, no one thought it mattered? Note to everyone I know: If I ever do this, please tell me immediately, even if you have to stop traffic to do so. Do not delay! Act now.

I can't imagine that Lea couldn't feel herself popping out, anyway, unless the bustier was so loose on her, she was feeling a breeze. Couldn't you feel that? Hello, that part of your body is kind of more sensitive than the rest.

More from The Stir: Lea Michele's Teeny-Tiny Bikini Isn't the Only Hot Thing About Her Look

Lea laughed it off like a pro -- which is exactly how anyone should handle a wardrobe malfunction. It's just her boob. No animals or children were injured in the making of this nip slip, just Lea's dignity. And she's got enough self-confidence to survive that. Not to mention, this isn't the first oopsie moment for Lea. Remember her "surprising" underboob flash? Maybe she likes flirting with disaster.

Lea was also frolicking about in a barely there bathing suit and some sort of other skimpy fringed thing for the video shoot, so maybe she was feeling especially generous about sharing her physical gifts with the world. Can you blame her? I don't see anyone complaining.

Would you feel it if you suffered a nip slip in the great outdoors?

Women Who Got Extreme Plastic Surgery Look So Different It's Scary (PHOTOS)

Post by Rebecca Stokes.

extremem south korean plastic surgery
Plastic surgery has grown so extreme, it's made even routine things like travel difficult. Don't get me wrong. There's nothing wrong, in my humble estimation, with getting a little nip or a tuck as the years go by. I haven't had any plastic surgery, but should I have the money and think it might make me feel better about myself, then I think that should be my prerogative. But there's a line that just shouldn't be crossed.

Plastic surgery is enjoying such a boom that something truly problematic is happening. Folks traveling internationally after surgery? They are being turned away. Because they don't look anything like their passport photos! The solution to this seems obvious to me: Cut back on the face cutting! Plastic surgeons have another idea; they are handing out certificates to their patients to show officials who need more proof of their identity. *slaps forehead*

This is a massive problem in South Korea. I was scratching my head about just how big the changes could be to cause such an impact. Then I saw them. Then one of my coworkers stopped by to scrape my jaw up off of the floor.

It's no wonder that 'plastic surgery certificates' are becoming a thing! I have a hard time believing that the women in these after photos are the same women from the before shots which accompany them. It's scary.

— Alan Smithee (@Negation2010) April 22, 2014

To me plastic surgery in its best form exists to help people who have been disfigured or to boost the slightly flagging confidence of an individual. These extreme surgeries take it to another place. They throw out an old identity and replace it with a new one. That's devastating. Clearly there are a lot of psychological factors brewing that have been overlooked.

Patients of South Korean plastic surgeons need certificates to prove who they are http://t.co/fXPe5HDUfHpic.twitter.com/J7Rr5MRml1

— Daily Mail Online (@MailOnline) April 22, 2014

Though these forms are by no means a legal necessity, they have become more and more common. Doctors pass them off to the patients, complete with their patient's name, passport number, and a description of what has been changed on their face. I can't imagine having to present that to an official. I wonder how many of them regret making this decision.

Would you ever consider getting plastic surgery?

‘Mad Men’ Actress’ Sloppy Hair and Loud Makeup Will Make You See Stars (PHOTO)

Sure, Mad Men's final season is all about the crazy beauty of the '60s, but its stars are still thoroughly modern. When they aren't in front of the camera, we like to see them at their sleek, shining, sophisticated best. Unless you're Jon Hamm, in which case we just like to see you, period.

But we have super-high expectations when it comes to January Jones! I mean, not only is her character, the Ice Queen Betty, flawless, but Jones herself seems to channel the elegant Grace Kelly at every turn. This doesn't mean she has to adhere strictly to boring formal looks, but you'd think knowing she's a classical beauty, she'd tone down the trends -- or at least pick one!

January Jones Mad Men

On the red carpet celebrating the premiere of Mad Men, I couldn't even tell you what she had on. I was too busy trying to suss out what was happening above her neck. Her two-hued color block eyeliner seems like a cool idea ... if it's 1995 and you are bored in your home room and 16 years old.

I might have given it a pass if her hair was in a sleek bun. But the bizarre, curly, lazy-girl-style braid only accentuates the weirdness of this pairing. Either/or would be more acceptable, but neither one is great. It's kind of like she let her stylist dress her, then kicked her out, turned off the lights, did three shots of tequila, and did the rest herself.

January looks beautiful enough, because she is beautiful. But with a face like hers and such great hair to play with, we're calling this a definite hit and a definite miss. Betty Draper would not approve.

Do you like the look, am I being too harsh?

Lupita Nyong'o Named 'Most Beautiful' Star Thanks to Her Mom (PHOTO)

Post by Rebecca Stokes.

People Magazine
People has crowned the most beautiful celeb of 2014 and it's Lupita Nyong'o! There's no denying that the actress (and award winner for her role of Patsy in 12 Years a Slave) is totally drop-dead gorgeous. She joins a crazy-hot roster of other celebs who have graced the cover of the magazine before her. But her take on beauty is all her own, and it's a super refreshing one.

More than anything else, Lupita is aware how important her presence on the cover of the magazine is, not just for her, but for young girls. In an age where we are still lightening the skin of black actresses and singers before releasing magazines, Lupita is a killer role model for young black women. She takes this responsibility seriously. "I was happy," she says, "for all the girls who would see me on [it] and feel a little more seen." LUPITA. WHY ARE YOU THE GREATEST?

Lupita credits her mom's affirmations with making her finally realize that she was beautiful. But I think she ought to be giving herself some credit too. The secret to Lupita's beauty isn't just her confidence or intelligence, though those are big factors, it's her daring. She talks about trying everything under the sun when it came to beauty as a young woman just to see what it was like.

Presenting this year's #MostBeautiful cover star, @Lupita_Nyongo! See who else made the list: http://t.co/LkJhRyinBXpic.twitter.com/xgiI3tH7P9

— People magazine (@peoplemag) April 23, 2014

Not being afraid to try something new, to branch out and see where certain styles and looks take her, has suited Lupita well. This confidence and fondness for play radiate from her person not just on the screen, but on the red carpet, too. While some stars pick ensembles that are fine if a little boring, Lupita seems to dress herself with the same aplomb as a kid playing dress-up -- and the results? They are simply stunning

Lupita says she feels beautiful before she even puts on makeup. When do you feel your most beautiful?

4 Celeb Moms Get Naked for the 'Allure' Nude Issue (VIDEO)

Post by Adriana Velez.

kristen bell
I know we've never seen Kristen Bell like THIS before. Four actresses dared to bare it all for Allure's annual nude celebs shoot (May issue): Kristen Bell, Jenna Dewan Tatum, Nia Long, and Minnie Driver. They all look amazing -- of course! But what's more shocking is what they have to say about posing nude. Keep in mind, all four of these women are moms; Kristen and Jenna had their babies just months ago. Two of them are over 40. Some of these famously beautiful women harbor a few insecurities about their bodies -- just like we do. But that's not all they have to share.

Kristen Bell says being outspoken about body acceptance made doing the daring shoot a no-brainer. "I talk a big game about being comfortable no matter my size. I wanted to put my money where my mouth was." But she's still bashful about showing one part of her body: "My belly skin has made me self-conscious, and it's only gotten worse since I've had a baby," she says.

Her butt is another story altogether, though. "I'm a fan of my own buns. I'm very happy with the amount that I've been given, and I often attempt to sculpt them into something more than what I've been given. But I notice other people's buns quite a bit." Probably her husband Dax Shepard's especially.

Kristen confesses she was worried at first about how pregnancy would change her figure. "I was terribly frightened that I would feel like a schlub and not at all beautiful. But I've never been so comfortable with my body. When I looked in the mirror, I saw Cindy Crawford."

Jenna Dewan Tatum is a dancer, so her relationship with nudity is relaxed. "You sort of lose all modesty as a dancer. I also think it's just the way I came out. I've always been free-spirited, and it was hard to keep clothes on me as a kid." The new mom admits she spends "a lot" of time naked -- in private, I'm sure.

Minnie Driver poses nude at the age of 44: Respect. But here's the surprising thing -- she says being older actually made it easier. "I never could have done this when I was 25. No way. All I saw were the flaws. I still see flaws, but I see what's great more -- and I've got a banging body." Um, that's kind of awesome. She admits she was still a little bit nervous about the shoot, "but I actually really love my body -- it's done amazing things for me. There's such a grace to being confident in who you are."

Except for one thing: "My boobs do make me a little bit self-conscious," Minnie admits, "because I had a baby and things really do change. I would rather go bottomless on the beach than topless actually, as it turns out -- you'll never see that, of course."

Nia Long, who is the mother of two, says the same thing: "When you have kids, your body changes drastically, and we have to learn to appreciate ourselves as we are. My boobs are not the same as they were before; I'm not going to lie." But she's proud to take it all off -- at the age of 43. And if any one of us looked that great at 43, so would we ... right?

Have you felt more comfortable with your body the older you've gotten?

Demi Lovato Goes Makeup-Free and Looks NOTHING Like Herself (PHOTO)

Demi Lovato
Demi Lovato
is known for testing the wild side of beauty and fashion. Remember when she shaved half her hair off, jumping on that crazy trend's bandwagon? She is all about big, bold looks. Matte red lipstick is basically her signature, as is a thick layer of foundation. It works for her totally, it's rocker meets pin-up girl, and I love it.

But her latest pic on Instagram is a real change of pace. This makeup-free selfie is breaking the mold. Demi's bold picture is so startling, not just because she looks like a different person, but because she looks soooo much younger! I feel like telling her to go do her homework or something.

It's nothing unusual for celebrities to share photos of themselves taken without makeup these days. You only need to hit up Instagram to find a parade of gorgeous actresses and singers showcasing the fact that they are 'just like us' by posting photos of themselves without facepaint.

But this trend existed long before the Internet did. Think about it, who among you hasn't rifled through the pages of a tabloid to see snaps of A-listers caught without makeup while out in public? It's always been a thing.

But the fact that it's old hat doesn't keep me from hearting this one to the hills. I love Demi's makeup-free face the most! Look at her! She's like a completely different person. Those adorable freckles? That baby face? Too cute. She looks half her age. Seriously, doesn't she look like a baby? I would kill to be able to look this good without makeup. She should rock this swagger more often.

Do you think Demi should ditch the makeup for good?

Is Carrot Oil the Secret to Shiny Hair? We Found Out the Hard Way

Post by Adriana Velez.

Image may be NSFW.

carrot oil
You know how we were all obsessed with using argan oil in our hair and on our skin a couple years ago? And then coconut oil took over? Well, there's a new "it" oil in town, ladies: Carrot oil. It sounds like a joke, but I'm dead serious. Carrot oil is happening right now. Here's why.

Carrot oil (made from the seed) is loaded with antioxidant vitamin A, so the idea is that it'll protect your hair from the harsh elements of summer (sun, wind, seawater) while giving it incredible softness and shine. It's sold in a blend that includes other good stuff like safflower oil, aloe, vitamin E, rose hips oil, and pecan seed oil. And here is the best part: You can get it for a mere three bucks! That did it -- I had to try it.

How was I to know disaster was on the horizon?

Image may be NSFW.

carrot oil

About that $2.99 price tag -- this is for a teeny 2-ounce bottle. So it's a cheap thrill, but not that cheap. That's okay, though. A little bit goes a long way. Did I say little? I mean infinitesimal, as I found out the hard way.

More From The Stir: 7 Beauty Products You Can Easily Replace With Coconut Oil

According to the directions on the bottle, you can use this new miracle product for a hot oil treatment in just 5 minutes. "Perfect!" I thought. "That will fit right into my super-busy, already impossible, Single Mom Morning Routine." (Cue ominous music.) I heated the oil in hot water while I shampooed, then I poured the warm oil all over my hair. And then, because I have the driest, most desert-like, heat-damaged hair, I worked in some more oil. And some more. Then I shampooed, jumped out, and tried to blow dry my hair.

That quick, post-treatment shampoo hadn't even come close to washing out all that oil. After desperately drying and drying, I still looked like the Creature From the Black Lagoon, my hair was so greasy. "Oh my God," I thought. "What now? I don't have time to re-wash and dry my hair again."

And I was faced with that horrible realization I'm always trying to avoid: I don't know what the hell I'm doing. Ever. And here is proof.

No one should have to face this kind of terrifying existential crisis at 8 in the morning when their kid is waiting to be walked to the bus stop, and I blame the carrot oil (because that's a lot easier than accepting personal responsibility for the chaos that is my life). I did what I had to do. I put my hair back in a ponytail and carried on with my day.

Next morning I shampooed my hair again, twice this time. That did it! I was amazed when I blow dried my hair at how shiny it looked (except I wasn't because I did just do a 24-hour-long deep conditioning treatment). After all that, my hair was a tad dry. So I very carefully worked a drop of oil into my ends. And now I've got beautifully soft, shiny hair. Love it!

Having learned my lessons the hard way, here are some best practices for carrot oil:

Test on the back of your hand first to make sure you don't have an allergic reaction. For a leave-in treatment, start with one little drop, work between hands, and gently distribute through hair starting with ends. Add more if your hair absorbs the oil immediately and still feels dry. For a hot oil treatment, try about 2 teaspoons for long hair and see how it goes. You can always use more the next time you do a treatment if this is not enough. Shampoo well and make sure you can feel with your fingers that the oil is rinsed out. Carrot oil makes a nice skin moisturizer as well -- and it will not turn your skin orange. Again, start with just a drop.

I'll have to wait and see how this stuff works at the beach and the pool, but I'm optimistic. If nothing else, it's a fun change for my hair and I love the rose scent. I'd say it's worth a try if you have dry, damaged hair.

Have you ever made the mistake of trying out a new beauty treatment at the worst time?

5 Simple Spa Treatments Your Kids Can Give You at Home

Post by Rebecca Stokes.

Image may be NSFW.

Mommy & Me Spa day
Nothing is nicer than a day out at a spa. And what better day to escape and relax than on Mother's Day? Except for that niggling feeling of guilt you get celebrating the joys of mommy-hood away from your kids.

Lucky for you, we've got a fix that gives you the best of both worlds -- and saves you a bundle, too! This Mother's Day, make it a Mommy & Me spa day. Don't worry, we're not saying you all "relax" together (because we are not naive fools). We're saying that this year, put the kiddos to work with these fun, safe, practical, and wallet-friendly at-home spa treatments. They're so easy a kid could do it -- and this year, they will!

1. Yummy Face Masks

Enlist your junior beautician to apply your face mask. Don't worry about buying expensive products that'll go to waste at the hands of an over-eager squeezer. Combining Greek yogurt and honey makes for a brightening mask that's cheap, feels and smells great, and can be licked off of fingers with no ill results.

2. Lemon Sugar Foot Scrubs

Next up? A foot scrub! Combine some lemon juice, brown sugar, and a hint of olive oil and sit back and try not to giggle while the novices tickle your feet while they work.

3. Rainbow Fruity Bath Salts

This one is just as much fun to make as it is to use! Have the kiddos each pick out a different color of Kool-Aid. Add each packet to the tub along with Epsom salts and you've got a relaxing, fruity, colorful bath. The only problem here is keeping your excited helpers out of it!

4. Massage

Everyone has fun with this one. The shoes are coming off! Mom gets to lay down while her amateur masseuses get to work, carefully walking up and down her back. Being gentle is key!

5. Make-Your-Own Pore Strips

This one is sooo much fun -- and everyone can get in on it, as a reward for a hard day's work. Combine a tablespoon of milk and a tablespoon of gelatin in a bowl. Microwave for 15 seconds. Then have your helpers coat your nose in the liquid using a brush -- you can do the same for them. Once the liquid dries, it will peel right off, cleaning your pores as it goes.

What else would you add to a Mommy & Me spa day?

8 Sexy Celebrities Before and After Getting Boob Jobs (PHOTOS)

Heidi Montag
In Hollywood, looks are everything. It's not uncommon for people -- for women especially -- to change how they look with cosmetic surgery in order to further their careers. The most common enhancement the stars line up to receive? Breast Augumentation.

Stars both big and small (yes, yes, we know) have made the trip to a plastic surgeon they trust to go under the knife and improve the way they look and feel. Some stars, like Heidi Montag, are more than a little open when it comes to discussing going under the knife. Others, like Kate Hudson, stay mum the subject. But their appearance tells us everything we need to know.

We've collected some photos of the stars before they received their new enhancements, and then photos of what they looked like once they made the big change. These stars were beautiful before they changed the way they look, nothing they could do would change that. But at the end of the day, it's how you feel that counts! Glad they did something to make themselves love the way they look as much as we do.

Which celebs do you think have gotten breast implants?

7 Celeb Wardrobe Malfunctions Flashing Where the Sun Don't Shine (PHOTOS)

What would Demi Moore and Bruce Willis think? Their eldest daughter stepped out the other night in one of those cut-out dresses we're still seeing everywhere. She was sizzling! And then she turned to the side, and America went on OMG Rumer Willis Wardrobe Malfunction! Alert, code orange. Through the yawning gape of her hip-level cut-out, we got the perfect view of Rumer's hot pink panties. What on Earth was that girl thinking?!? Oh -- probably something along the lines of "everyone is going to love seeing my hot pink panties."

Should we even call them "wardrobe malfunctions" anymore? Given how deliberate they all seem lately, especially the less scandalous ones, I think we should come up with some new terms. How about "accidentally-on-purpose underwear flashing." Are cute undies the new must-see accessory? Take a look and see what you think.

Emma Stone Flashes Side Boob and Sexy Bangs at 'Spider-Man 2' Premiere (PHOTO)

emma stone
One of our favorite celebs just hit the trifecta of red carpet style. At a premiere for Amazing Spider-Man 2, Emma Stone rocked side boob, bangs, and ombre color. All three at the same time, like she was running her very own trend relay race. If the second (yawn) Spider-Man movie wasn't already on your radar, it is now, thanks to Emma's tireless efforts. I still do not care about the movie. But hey, at least now I know how to update these old-ish trends for spring.

Seriously, though, Emma does look (sorry for this) amazing. I'm so happy to see the return of her red hair. I always felt like that pale blond made her look too ice queen -- and with straight hair, she looks like Olivia Wilde's kid sister, not that that's such a bad thing. But now, with those shoulder-length ombre waves, it's like fire flaming her face.

Emma has worn bangs before, so that's not so new for her. The fringe seems thicker this time around. After our long winter, the shorter bob with bangs feels fresh and summery, especially with that poppy pink lipstick and pale blue eye shadow.

But enough about Emma's hair. Let's talk about that pale Prada dress. I mean side boob blah blah blah, I could care less. I love how simple and graceful the dress is. The metallic trim gives it a harder edge but in a very light, restrained way. It's not screaming HEAVY METAL like a lot of the hardware trim we've seen the past few months.

Best of all, it's a dress that really suits her, both her figure and her personality. So while I give Spider-Whatever a thumbs sideways, I give this whole look a thumbs up. Now, about Andrew Garfield's buzz cut ... SIGH.

What do you think, is Emma doing a fresh take or just rehashing old trends?

Moms Who Get Plastic Surgery Don't Deserve to Be Judged

Post by Kristen Chase.

Want to Get Plastic Surgery, Moms? Sounds Good to Me
I've done my fair share of eye-rolling when I see moms with huge fake breasts. I mean, the risk of surgery alone would be enough to deter me from having an elective cosmetic operation, but I could also think of about 4,000 other things that would be more worthy of spending that kind of money on than new big boobs.

And honestly, are those women really doing it for themselves like they say?

But after four kids and the pregnancy weight gain and weight loss, I have to admit that I now understand why women do it.

A few weeks ago, a very fit friend of mine and I were standing around in our sports bras and workout pants bemoaning the extra skin and stretch marks that would never go away no matter how much we worked out.

Okay, so maybe if we ate no carbs and worked out for a couple of hours every day. But I don't really know how realistic that is. And honestly, that's not going to do anything to the breasts. Or the nipples. (Can we talk about post-breastfeeding nipples, please?)

Well, all of a sudden, we found ourselves talking tummy tucks and breast lifts ... if we happened to win the lottery, of course. And by the way, it wasn't for partners or spouses. Or because we're vain or selfish. It's because we love our bodies and want them to look their best. And if a little sucking, tucking, and lifting -- or for some people, inserting of implants -- will do that, then why not?

Now like anything else, people can always go too far. One procedure can lead to another and another, and soon they're looking like a plastic barbie doll with gigantic fake boobs that prevent them from doing anything but looking pretty ridiculous.

I've seen so many people who have small complaints and end up going way too far ... only to look worse once the procedure is over. But if you're working out, taking care of yourself, and want a little boost (literally and figuratively), then I'm not going to judge you. In fact, I might be a little bit jealous. Or at least stocking away a few pennies for my own little nip and tuck one of these days.

And in case you're wondering, it really wouldn't be for anyone else but me.

Would you ever get plastic surgery ... or have you already? If not, do you think other moms who do are selfish?

When a woman keeps changing her hair color, it usually means one thing: There's a lot of dissatisfied churning going on in her psyche. She's still figuring out who she is. And for young women, that's completely understandable. But this woman is a 32-year-old pop diva. Yes, Britney Spears changed her hair color yet again. This time, Britney debuted an ombre dye job with long extensions at her Las Vegas show over the weekend.

Wasn't it just blond? And didn't Brit just dye her hair red a couple months ago? And then a couple months before that, wasn't she platinum blond? Now she's got something in between, and it's kind of like the hair equivalent of a mid-life crisis!

If you buy into the Britney Spears Hair Color Emotional State Theory, then you know that when Britney's feeling up on life, she goes blond, and when she's feeling pessimistic or low, she goes darker. But what about when she does both? Holy split personality! Check this out.

It's dark brown with those blond streaks. You could say she's conflicted. She's performing again, yay! But she's performing again, ugh! Who knows what's really going on in her personal life, though it does seem to be stable for the moment. I know ombre is still a major trend right now, but for Britney, it's never just about the trend.

Here's a completely different thought, though. Maybe this is Britney recognizing she's a complex human being whose life will always have ups and downs. Maybe this is a statement about life in general. Britney finally gets it -- she's reached a new level of maturity where she accepts the duality of life and has let go. If you think about it, Britney's hair is teaching us all an important life lesson!

Or, you know, maybe Britney just got bored with her hair again and wanted a change.

And don't even get us started on that weird, sparkly, half-naked bodysuit she was wearing ... yikes.

What do you think of Britney's longer, ombre hair?
