When I started browsing the Internet today, I didn't expect to see Miley Cyrus sporting a ridiculous haircut that was only acceptable on little boys circa 1995. (Flashback: The youngest brother from Home Improvement.) That I was not prepared for.
Yep, Miley's got a bowl cut now. Also known as a helmet cut, mushroom head, and so on.
